Shadow's story part 2

With Shadows promise to the dead old man, he now had to find a look for him as a hero so he finds a cloak and his weapon two daggers. So now he has gone out to help those in need, it did not take long to find someone in need of help. A guy and his little girl carrying cargo are being robbed by ten man that are armed they are even trying to take the girl but Shadow drops too guys before  they can see him. Terrified one of the guys started running for his life and all the men standing go at him and in a second they all fell lifeless on the ground. Shadow started walking away but the little girl is trying to stop him but her dad terrified of Shadow because he had seen Shadow's face which is that of a demonic nature. and the dad grabbing his little girl by the hand to stop her, said to the little girl stay away from it, he will kill you if you go near him. The little girl not seeing Shadow the way her dad did, she yells at Shadow saying thank you. Shadow not showing it, he smiles at the fact she said  that. Then he leaves heading to a big city in hope of helping more people and monsters that hide in the city unknown to the people. He comes across an abandoned church and moves into it  and keeps it looking like it is abandoned but under the church as his hide out where he lives. One day a little half breed cat girl is out cold in the abandoned church. Shadow can see she has been beaten up and all wet and cold, he takes her in his hide out and tucks her into a blanket and leaves her there as he looks to see if he can find out where she came from but he can't, so he goes back to the hide out to see the little cat girl is not in the bed he tucked her into, he looks around and then he can hears her sneaking up on him. He quickly grabs her hands disarming her  of the daggers that she had taken from the table, she then started  to cry and said why are you guys always after me Shadow starts asking her what she means. The cat girl shocked by what he said, says you are not one of them? Shadow says no, I am not but who is after you? The girl said I do not know who they are but they have been after me for days. Shadow feeling bad for her takes her in, not knowing it at the time the men he killed days before worked with the same people that are after her and the man that ran that day goes to his boss and tells him about Shadow, so not only are they after her but him also as revenge. At the time they do not know where the girl and Shadow are, so for the time Shadow heals her and starts training her the skills he learned as a master thief.       END OF PART 2
